- Production of the current generation 2026 XT5 gas SUV and 2026 CT5 gas sedan will continue through December 2026. (CT4 Sedan production ended in summer 2026, and XT6 3-row SUV production ended in Fall 2025.)
- There will be NO production of a 2027 model XT5 SUV, nor will there be any production of a 2027 CT5 sedan nor 2028 CT5 sedan.
- This means that there will be a gap in production of new XT5 SUV models from January 2027 through early-Fall of 2027, making availability of new XT5 models low the first-half of 2027.
- Availability of CT5 Sedan will be low for most of 2027.
- There will be NO interruption to Escalade gas-SUVs for 2027 model-year production, production will continue into the 2030s for Escalade gas-SUVs, however, availability will remain limited for gas Escalade.
